Cancellation Policy

  1. A Non-Refundable Deposit of $50 is required when booking a new appointment. This deposit will be applied to your balance the day of your service. Once the Deposit has been made, your appointment date and time will be secured. 
  2. Deposit is Non-Refundable. If you need to change the date of your appointment, you must do so at the minimum of 24 hours prior to your service. Rescheduling within the 24 hour period will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and another $50 will be necessary to reserve a new appointment date.
  3. There is no penalty for rescheduling your appointment if done with more than 24 hours notice (up to 2 times). 
  4. Showing up to your appointment more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No Show and your deposit will be forfeited.
  5. If you have not completed your 4-6 week touch-up appointment by the 12th week following your initial service, an additional charge will apply. See pricing for details.
